As well as providing technology consulting services to large companies, we apply big business knowledge and experience to a small and medium business owner’s unique needs. From providing short-term IT solutions and business advice to becoming your long-term consulting partner. We can help you increase your productivity and let you concentrate on what you do best. With more than ten years of wide-ranging IT Consultancy and Project Management experience and a personal entrepreneurial perspective, we can provide a truly independent view of your IT and Business needs. Case StudyWe have recently undertaken a number of projects for an SME in Warrington. We had a remit to conduct a full audit of all of their IT services. During this audit we were asked to contribute to the defining the companies new business strategy. In doing this it was clear that the business relied heavily on their central database for running the entire business and that if this was lost there was significant risk to business continuity and growth. As a result we immediately recommended that they upgrade their infrastructure to provide secure offsite backup facilities and a disaster recovery solution. We also upgraded their remote access facilities for their sales team providing a more scaleable and secure platform for future growth. The owner of the company had a clear vision about using the Internet to sustain the business for the future and had already engaged a number of 3rd parties to implement new websites. Unfortunately, his expectations were not managed by these companies and we had to help them to complete a failing website project to get it back on track. We also ensured that the new site delivered maximum value at day one with increased traffic and page impressions. As well as successfully delivering a number of key projects we scoped and costed a number of proposals for developing other web sites in the future to provide added value services for their clients. |

IT is there to support your business. Many companies try to think of an IT solution to a problem and we believe this is fundamentally wrong. Your IT infrastructure and services should support your business strategy and business processes. It is key to get these right first before investing in IT systems. If your business processes are not efficient in the first place adding IT to them will simply add new tasks to carry out and not add any value.
